How to take a DNA sample

1. You purchase a test from me.

2. You fill in a questionnaire, so that I can personalise your results.

3. Your DNA test kit is posted to you.

4. You take a cheek swab and post it back to Lifecode Gx.

5. Your results are ready after about three weeks.

6. I receive your results and contact you to book your support call.

7. The call allows us to discuss your DNA test results and I suggest nutritional and life style changes you can make to support your gene variations.

8. I send you your password protected DNA report and recommendations.
